General Regulations

Please read the following terms and conditions of use before buying at genuine vintage sunglasses

All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject

to following terms and conditions and other applicable laws.

If you don't agree to these terms and conditions, please don't buy.

The act of sale will be accomplished between U as a customer

and the manager of "Genuine Vintage Sunglasses".

The regulation issued by EU regarding the two-year defect of quality guarantee cannot be forfilled by Genuine Vintage Sunglasses, since the offered products consists exclusively of items that have an age of at least ten or more years old.

Therefore it must be considered as second-hand and not as new merchandise. This counts as well in case of mint condition.

Therefore no warranty in time is offered. Our products are intended for collectors but we do offer a not satisfied exchange service, if size or color are not what you expected we will gladly exchange you your pair for anothers, shipping is at buyers cost.

The product remains the property of Genuine Vintage Sunglasses until the customer has paid the purchase price entirety.

By accepting our general Terms and Conditions you agree to the standard business conditions and consent to a lawfully binding declaration of intent to purchase the ordered product.

Verbal covenants do not exist. Changes and supplements to the contract and the mentioned terms and conditions must be in writing.

In case of part or entire nullity of any of the terms and conditions in this contract, remaining regulations are intact.

Payment

We accept:

  • Bank transfer
  • Pay Pal (Visa, American Express, MasterCard , etc...)
  • Stripe (Visa, American Express, MasterCard , etc...)
  • Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties.

 

Shipping and package

The shipment of the product will only take place when payment in full has been received.

The shipment of the product (unless otherwise agreed) will take place one business day after or the same day from receipt of payment.

Shipping is realized using only durable and safe packages.

Any information regarding the shipping time is delived from the general experiences and proposals of the particular delivery company.

Genuine Vintage Sunglasses cannot take responsibility for the possible prolongation of the delivery period specified by the delivery company in other countries then Spain.

Prices

The prices are always specified in the article description.

Any custom clearance is at customer's charge.

International deliveries: in individual cases, further particulars (e.g. duties) from customs may occur and must be paid by the customer.

Cost of shipping and handling is not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the customer. Except for Spain, here we offer free standard delivery.

All prices will be in euros. The value of Dollar, GBP and JPY will undergo fluctuations according to the value of dollar.

The price displayed on the day of purchase is part of your order confirmation and will not be altered by later fluctuations of the conversion rate.

The amount on your bank statement though might differ from the invoiced amount, due to later changes of the conversion rate.

Return

If you're not happy with an item you receive for any reason, you may exchange it for another one . Genuine Vintage Sunglasses offers the guarantee to be refundend when not satisfied. You will be refunded as determined by current laws. Law grants 10 days in order to use the right of withdrawal.

The customer can return the product (in its original state) without giving reasons within 10 days. The term begins on receipt of the product by the customer.

Important: If the product remains undelivered the 10 days period starts, at the 3rd delivery attempt of UPS or 3 days after the 1st delivery attempt if shipped by registered mail.

We do NOT refund any shipping charges (outbound shipping and return shipping) and any other costs (for example custom taxes).

Consequences of the revocation: in case of an effective return, both sides have to return their share in the state of reception.

Any product with visible wear and tear will not be refunded. In this case the customer has to pay compensation.
