Refund policy
Returns:
The customer can return the product (in it's original state) within 14 days after receipt and without any reasons.
Revocations may be anounced in writing. Revocations can be adressed to info@genuine-vintage-sunglasses.com . The product then must be returned to: Avenida Europa 5 Esc 8 / 1-2 , Altea 03599, Spain.
The return shipment must take place in form of a registered mail piece.
Consequences of revocation:
The customer is in charge of returning the product. In case of an effective return, both sides have to reverse their share in the state of receipt. Any product with visible wear and tear will not be refunded, unless sold in this condition, wich is clearly mentioned in every productpage. In case of a flawless return Genuine Vintage Sunglasses refunds the entire purchase amount. The customer has to pay the costs of return.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a person you designate) receive the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., an email to info@genuine-vintage-sunglasses.com). You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will refund the price you paid for the item (excluding original shipping costs) without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof of shipment. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
