Please read the following terms and conditions of use before buying at Genuine Vintage Sunglasses. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and other applicable law. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

1. Sale Contract
The act of sale is between you as the customer and the manager of "Genuine Vintage Sunglasses".

2. Warranty & Returns
The regulation issued by the EU regarding the two-year legal guarantee for new goods does not apply, as all products are vintage items at least twenty years old and are considered second-hand collector's items, even if in mint condition. Therefore, no time-based warranty is offered.

We do offer an exchange service if you are not satisfied with the size or color. In such cases, shipping costs for the exchange are the responsibility of the buyer.

3. Retention of Title
The product remains the property of Genuine Vintage Sunglasses until the customer has paid the purchase price in full.

4. Governing Law
Verbal agreements are not valid. Any changes to these terms must be in writing. For any disputes, Spanish law shall apply.
