The shipment of the product will only take place when payment in full has been received.

The shipment of the product (unless otherwise agreed) will take place one business day after or the same day from receipt of payment.

Shipping is realized using only durable and safe packages.

Any information regarding the shipping time is delived from the general experiences and proposals of the particular delivery company.

Genuine Vintage Sunglasses cannot take responsibility for the possible prolongation of the delivery period specified by the delivery company in other countries then Spain.

Registered Airmail

We offer the registered airmail service at a cheaper price compared to other sellers and platforms.

Package traceability depends on the postal service of the destination country but is almost always available.

With registered airmail the shipping time can't be exactly estimate and it can take from 10 to 20 days.

It is possible to insure and track the package, for further information please contact us. It depends on the country.

Genuine Vintage Sunglasses doesn't assume responsability for the waiting time for this kind of shipment. We can only assure estimated delivery dates in Spain.

 

Shipping Conditions:

Any customs clearance is at customer's charge.

For all international orders, the recipient (buyer) is responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees charged by their country. These fees are set by your local customs authority, not by us.

What you need to know:

 

-If your country's customs authority requires import fees, the carrier (DHL, postal service, etc.) will contact you directly for payment.

-Please pay any required fees promptly to avoid delivery delays and ensure you receive your order.

-In the rare case that import fees remain unpaid, the package will be unable to clear customs and cannot be delivered. As we have fulfilled our obligation by shipping your order as described, no refund can be issued in this situation.
